PKD’s Community Feedback Survey – FREE Granola!

People’s Kitchen Detroit Community Feedback Survey

The mission of People’s Kitchen Detroit is to co-create a safe, respectful and inclusive space where Detroiters can access affordable healthy local and bulk foods, learn and share empowering skills to plan and prepare healthy meals, holistically manage and prevent disease, and preserve local harvests while building community strength through food security, activism and a deeper connection to the Earth. As we move forward with realizing this vision, community input is vital to shaping our offerings. This survey is divided into three sections: Eating Habits, Skill-Shares/Cook-Shares, and Commercial Kitchen Use. Please answer the questions that are applicable to you.
If you are one of the first 50 respondents to complete one of our surveys, you will get a FREE bag of locally made, organic, delicious granola! Granola pick-up will be during our First Open House and Community Discussion, Friday May 11, 2012, from 5:30 – 8:00 PM at the Cass Corridor Commons (4605 Cass Ave.). Mark your calendars now; this event will be a great opportunity to share ideas and food while assisting us in shaping our programs!
