Leeann Dress

Leeann is a lifelong Metro Detroit resident who has recently (finally!) relocated to inside the city limits. She is at the very tail-end of finishing up her studies at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, where she majored in Anthropology and Women’s & Gender Studies. In 2010 UM-Dearborn named her one of their 50 “Difference Makers: Students of Impact.” Now that she is moving into this new phase of her life she is eager to put theory into practice and help realize positive social and environmental change in Detroit and beyond.
