I attended my first Mysore style class this morning at Royal Yoga Loft and was quite impressed, not only with the teacher but with the skill level of the other students. I intend to buy an unlimited pass and begin my days there at 5:30 AM getting in an 1.5 to 2 hours before work everyday.
